Il ventilatore caldaia, detto che anche estrattore fumi, ha il compito di espellere i fumi prodotti dalla caldaia attraverso la canna fumaria. Il ventilatore caldaia è composto da una ventola che mossa dal motore dell'estrattore fumi spinge i prodotti della combustione verso l'esterno. Se il ventilatore si brucia la caldaia va in blocco e dobbiamo sostituirlo.
